Roller Technologies, LLC continues to make improvements to roller quality in the printing industry. Superior rubber components have allowed our rubber formulators to develop specific compounds for each roller station. This allows longer run times and reduces changeovers adding significant value to your operations.
In our commitment to make sure you have the best rollers available, Roller Technologies will catalog all incoming rollers. We start by removing the bearings and shaft then strip old coverings completely. Next, we prep the roller core and apply the correct covering. Then we grind, polish and reassemble the rollers. Finally, Roller Technologies will complete both static and dynamic quality checks of each roller.
