Flat Sheet roller coverings in both rubber and urethane allow our customers extended run time eliminating costly changeovers. Roller Technologies is able to handle all types of rollers including Wagner, Crabtree, Billhoffer and LTG coater rollers.
2-piece can coverings are formulated for the high-speed coating and print processes. Roller Technologies’ precision ground and polished rolls/wheels can reduce fluxuation in film weights and reduce forming related issues post coating.
Coil Coating rollers are processed to increase productivity and add value to the length of run. Roller Technologies can accomplish this by formulating coverings that reduce the amount of solvent and thermal swell. Rollers are ground and polished on matched bearing sets to allow the user to unwrap and install newly covered rollers right out of the box.

Roller Technologies can also custom engrave onsite for Coated Spot, Uncoated Spot, Picture frame, Strip Coating, Margin and Ditch removal. This onsite capability allows our customers to significantly reduce lead times between roll cover manufacturers and engravers.
